As the competition season has now come to an end we would love to reflect on what has been an incredible year for our competition team. 
To be a member of our team takes a lot more than being just being a good fighter. Being a good team mate, a good student and someone who is always setting a good example within their own training are some of the basic requirements to be on the squad.
We pride ourselves on our team spirit and support and this year it has led to our most successful year as a competition team since we started 12 years ago!

There has been ups and downs, struggles, breakthroughs, joy and sadness but through it all we have been there to support each other and we truly are a family. This year has given us some of the greatest moments we’ve had in lives as martial artists and as people 
We are so proud of our team and everything they have represented as martial artists and competitors this year, the results are showing! We have become one of the best teams in the UK and we can’t wait to see what these incredible people achieve in the future.
